Medium to deep rosé tones. Fine bubbles. Aromas of red berries, jam and passion fruit overlain with notes of pastries and yeasts from its aging in contact with the lees. Well match with oily fish and rice dishes. It also makes an excellent pairing with tapas and fried fish.
