50% Chardonnay / 50% Xarel·lo/Macabeo. Intense aromas of pineapple and a tone fruit along with more classic aromas such as citrus fruit and apple. There are also substantial notes from its aging in contact with the lees (dried fruits and nuts, honey, toasted bread, etc.). This wine is creamy on the palate with good body and a refreshing and lingering finish. Pairs well with seafood, caviar, smoked salmon, rice dishes, roast chicken and baked fish.
